When you use ClinicPulse, we collect operational data you enter such as clinic client details, task information, scheduling metrics, and analytics data. We also automatically collect usage data including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and pages visited within the application.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve ClinicPulse and its features. This includes processing your transactions, sending service-related communications, responding to your requests and support inquiries, generating analytics and reports you request, and monitoring and analyzing usage patterns to improve user experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Healthcare Data Handling
ClinicPulse is designed for healthcare operations management and does not store, process, or transmit protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Our platform handles operational metrics, administrative task data, and business analytics for clinic management. Users are responsible for ensuring they do not enter PHI into the platform. If you require a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), please contact our support team to discuss your specific use case.
